I am offering desks for rent in an open plan office in the heart of Brunswick. There are five desks available, and the building is already established as a hub for creative professionals, with office spaces upstairs.

The office has new carpet, is newly painted, and has a uniform, clean appearance. It is North facing, and is adjoined by two art galleries and a cafe, Little Nina's.

It is fully alarmed, and we are fortunate to have NBN fibre optic internet - the fastest connection available. Also, it is very quiet. The room has acoustic absorption, and double glazed windows. It is naturally cool in summer, and not too cold in winter.

Desks and storage are provided, so you can plug in and get started.

Dimensions of the room are approx 35sm, and it has 4 metre ceilings.

Prices start at $85 per week plus outgoings. We offer daily and weekly hot desks, and monthly rentals (minimum 3 months).
