Fine Art Photography

Always a pleasure to shoot the work of great photographers such as Max Dupain and Bill Henson. Often photos are behind glass, which can make it tricky to get rid of reflections, so I will polarise. it doesn't always work - I had a massive black Henson work behind a warped acrylic one time that was challenging. I’ve digitised a lot of glass plate negatives, too, including Frank Hurley plates from Mawson’s Antartica exhibition, and approx 2,000 plates from the City Of Shadows mug shots at the Justice and Police Museum in Sydney.
